I've grown in the ranks over the last several years, earning two promotions. I've felt that my managers have all taken a personal stake in my growth and have encouraged me to succeed.
My teammates and the actual impact I can see from the work I contribute.
A tight-knit team, people have always been willing to help each other with tasks, brainstorm, and encourage others.
My teammates! I'm biased, but I think I'm on the best team because of our collaboration, comradery, and successes.
I appreciate that they're open to new techniques for success, are invested in what's working, and dedicated to optimizing what's not.
More specifically the environment of my team is uplifting, each voice is heard, and my leader makes an effort to facilitate comradery among our team.
I like that they make an effort to get to know all members of the organization, regardless of rank, and are open to having honest conversations.
Each year, non-commission-based employees are eligible to receive a bonus based on performance and team production, which keeps employees motivated to the success of the greater team and personal successes.
While still being professional and effective, I find that my team members always find a way to brighten days with jokes, GIFs, and being genuinely invested in each other's interests.
I think the continuous strive towards improving. The last few years have really proven that this company does not accept being stagnant or set in old ways, and really make an effort to evolve, adapt, and optimize.
I do think that compensation could be improved. There are other non-salary bonuses that help, but in general, I think base salaries could be improved to reflect the work of employees, industry standards, and value brought to the company.
