What is the best part about your compensation package?
the best part about your compensation is the 5+5 training

I think the performance bonus and the 13th month pay. (I also hope they would bring back the quarterly bonus :) )

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I'm undervalued, I just took on more responsibilities this year that are way above my current paycheck, a salary increase would be great if it matches what I currently do as a member of Trustwave. Additionally, by making overtime paid better.

Performing higher tiers of penetration test, and training myself. Sometimes I'm asked to help in certain task that allows my talent to grow.
