What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonus (but would love to see a quarterly or biannual structure)

The bonus is nice and helps with total compensation as I do think my salary is a little low.

The work-from home capability is second-to-none.

The higher quality performance reflects in the achieved bonus and raises. If you are an overachiever you will be rewarded higher bonuses. And those that still work hard and do a good job are also rewarded for dedication and hard work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is not the most collaborative or innovated team. As the team has grown, people have become more distant. And most teams, or co-workers, work remote. I think most of my co-workers do their work well, but no one really goes above and beyond for each other in terms of mentorship or career advance
