What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good insurance plan and flexibility.

Each year, non-commission-based employees are eligible to receive a bonus based on performance and team production, which keeps employees motivated to the success of the greater team and personal successes.

Medical coverage is excellent and holiday and vacation time are very good.

The salary, bonus scheme, and pension scheme are good. Other benefits can be better, such as home-working equipment, gym membership, etc.

The compensation package is Ok. My salary is good, but my PTO, insurance and basic benefits seem to be generally aligned with the market and nothing super special

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on market rates, it would seem that I am below the market average. With inflation and rising costs, times are becoming more difficult on existing compensation. That being said, review season is upon us so this could change my views depending on what the company does.

I do think that compensation could be improved. There are other non-salary bonuses that help, but in general, I think base salaries could be improved to reflect the work of employees, industry standards, and value brought to the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers are great communicators and leaders. HR has a genuine concern for our wellness.
