A lot of point less information in theses modules, they don't really teach you about their system they just keep reiterating about the CEO.

You need to actually teach your employees and not place them to do theses modules with a wall of text on point less information about CEO's every single module! Instead teach them about the program. Also, you need an instructor to guide employees to practice not to have them on their own.
