Extremely focused on short term goals. Very cliquish & insular. Plenty of women in leadership roles, but just feels like a high school popularity contest. Differing views are not encouraged or appreciated. Leadership gets too involved in the little stuff and bogs down all decision making.

Too concerned with petty internal politics, gossiping and placing blame on others. It is a very toxic culture and people that work here have completely bought into this.

So many fun, positive people and we do a lot together - volunteering, happy hours, lunches, and extracurriculars.

I didn't get the original role I applied for, but the company brought me back in for a new role they thought I was well suited for. I appreciated that they took the time to recognize talent, and try to make the best match, and I was very happy with where I landed.
