What makes you most happy at work?Helping our guests finding the right products for their needs and dreams.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are a team and always help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Since I'm part time, my discount is my compensation package and is definitely a plus.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Just seems like there is little to no care about the actual customer experience for a luxury brand. If we made the business more customer focused, it would be better for everyone involved and we'd probably keep a good reputation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I don't interact with coworkers often enough to judge them. The ones I do interact with are a coin toss and will either help or they won't. We'd work better together if we had established teams and systems to work with each other within.. not just queues and metrics.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to employee complaints and stop gossipping about everyone.
