Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Absolutely you don't get paid what your worth is for working there

with infaltion out of control salaries should increase accordingly. bonuses should be more fairly distributed not to just the decision makers but the oeople who actually do the work.

A lot of work for poor hours and every holiday

I work doing something in the store always keeping busy and take pride in my work and others stand around talking, on their phone. The compensation in relative to the product prices is completely off balance. They raise the prices and want you to work harder but no increase.

The salary is less than many similar companies. Being paid the going rate in my area would go a long way to making me feel better.

Commission. Also, predictable work schedule

Mamagement is overworked and contantly asked to cut hours of hourly works. Meanwhile the CEOs and upper management and making millions. Based on the way the run the company they should be paid less egregious salaries to help their employees make a living wage.

no matter how good of a job i do i still get called names behind my back, people talk shit about me on a daily basis

Review from Operations Dept

I hadn't received a raise in 3 years because i was told that i was paid outside of the normal salary range. All while i kept crushing my own numbers year after year.

Nothing will make me feel better about being undervalued.

For the work that I do to be valued by leadership instead of dismissed

Working a 65 hr work week makes your hourly value low

I am overworked and given so many tasks without the right compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

Low salary, poor training, poor benefits

I dont get benefits or stock

Poor wage increases and poor benefits for part time employees

My manager doesn't listen to problems at hand until he's getting his butt chewed out. I work 100 times harder than others in my dept. We don't have enough employees in my dept to do the job and the ones that do don't work. I don't get paid enough to deal with the what goes on in our dept.

Pay structure unethical and managers slimey

Review from Sales Dept

Benefits (health care, dental care, etc.) are 100% employee paid.

Review from Customer Support Dept

if the company offer better insurance and yearly bonus.
