Listening to employee complaints and stop gossipping about everyone.
Acknowledge the work of their employees and pay them fair wages. Stop expecting more for less. Stop restricting employees' access to basic needs like water and breaks.
Accountability and follow up. Most of all communication.
Authenticity is lacking, genuine care for employees well being and career path
Training in the area of professionalism and management skills.
Absolutely you don't get paid what your worth is for working there
with infaltion out of control salaries should increase accordingly. bonuses should be more fairly distributed not to just the decision makers but the oeople who actually do the work.
A lot of work for poor hours and every holiday
I work doing something in the store always keeping busy and take pride in my work and others stand around talking, on their phone. The compensation in relative to the product prices is completely off balance. They raise the prices and want you to work harder but no increase.
The salary is less than many similar companies. Being paid the going rate in my area would go a long way to making me feel better.
I don't interact with coworkers often enough to judge them. The ones I do interact with are a coin toss and will either help or they won't. We'd work better together if we had established teams and systems to work with each other within.. not just queues and metrics.
Coworkers need to stop bullying other coworkers. Do the job they are getting paid for.
I think more yram bonding
Even work load so everyone gets their fair share of the work
I think the employees need to speak out about the underhanded treatment that's coming from corporate.
The rating system needs to change
Value anyone other than upper management. listen to you employees. Invest in better websites and apps to allow for better consumer interface.
i need to get a new job, theres no saving this place

More pay!!! People need to mind their business, leave personal problems, at home. Work together more, & rotate management and leads.
A toxic work environment is created by the CEO and it trickles down to the stores.
Present realistic expectations of the work environment. It is not at all what you make it out to be.
Train the interviewers and customize the interview
Make it more personable and faster
Required knowledge in warehouse operations.
interviewing was professional however some personal effect would go a long way
Just seems like there is little to no care about the actual customer experience for a luxury brand. If we made the business more customer focused, it would be better for everyone involved and we'd probably keep a good reputation.
Listen to your employees and take our feedback seriously. Then take action.
Customers are receiving damaged furniture that theyve been waiting for for months. The stores are being punished for someone elses mistake and its only hurting the company as a whole. Our delivery team needs to do better
Customer service terrible…product improvement/quality control…free shipping…return p
Revamp from the ground up. The company is stagnant in its current model. How did west elm hotels go? Are orders being fulfilled? No focus.
The pay should go up. Train the leads and managers to do their jobs right.
