Terrible, terrible experience. Self serving execs quick to place blame on ANYONE except themselves. Reactive and fearmongering leadership with no clue what to do next.

Good pay, good benefits and generous stock grants.

They hire anyone, which doesn't say much about me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Decent pay and product discounts. Good brand recognition which helps with getting calls from other employers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too concerned with petty internal politics, gossiping and placing blame on others. It is a very toxic culture and people that work here have completely bought into this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Extremely focused on short term goals. Very cliquish & insular. Plenty of women in leadership roles, but just feels like a high school popularity contest. Differing views are not encouraged or appreciated. Leadership gets too involved in the little stuff and bogs down all decision making.
