organization and leadership. HR team is the worst at getting a hold of and they will throw you out there with little direction. It is like the blind leading the blind. supervisors are contradictive. In training they go over company policy and then supervisors will tell you to do the opposite.

Actually being able to serve the customer. The "policies" are stringent so as to NOT provide returns or refunds. Once they have the customer's money, their goal is to keep it. SO they have a list of "policies" to discourage the customer.

Stop allowing customers to treat employees poorly. Something may be going wrong with their order but we should not be expected to give the customer more than what we make in a week. The nasty customers reviews should not impact our continued employment or pay.

It is just too complicated to assist their customers. Hard to imagine that the products are pricey, but the policy towards customers is like a bargain clothing store that won't allow returns or the ability to try on the item....but for the wealthy.
