Benefits (health care, dental care, etc.) are 100% employee paid.
Diversity. Training that matters. Simplicity. True customer service and care.
Actually being able to serve the customer. The "policies" are stringent so as to NOT provide returns or refunds. Once they have the customer's money, their goal is to keep it. SO they have a list of "policies" to discourage the customer.
It is just too complicated to assist their customers. Hard to imagine that the products are pricey, but the policy towards customers is like a bargain clothing store that won't allow returns or the ability to try on the item....but for the wealthy.
