Too concerned with petty internal politics, gossiping and placing blame on others. It is a very toxic culture and people that work here have completely bought into this.

Extremely focused on short term goals. Very cliquish & insular. Plenty of women in leadership roles, but just feels like a high school popularity contest. Differing views are not encouraged or appreciated. Leadership gets too involved in the little stuff and bogs down all decision making.
