SUPPORTING THEIR DRIVERS. There's hardly any communication but a constant expectation. They seem over-worked half the time and I feel like the drivers come off as an annoyance to them.

Helping employees, not yelling, belittling and finger pointing. Not talking behind employees backs with other employees. I think she missed being in high school the way she only works well with certain people. It's so unfortunate that that the company doesn't make managers attend more training.

The leadership team should address the racial inequality in our company and nation. There is very little black representation in leadership and higher paying jobs across the company and there should be an effort to change that.

Train ALL your employees, not just your daughter or your supervisors best friend. Billing department supervisor is a total whack job. She complained that I was shuffling papers too loud and stapling too loud.
