I have worked here for 25 years and every year has been new and challenging and has helped me grow. It's not always easy but it is usually worth the hard times. I love that Amplify is a place to come and learn and fail and do better and that there are mentors who help you along the way.

I feel incredibly lucky to work here. I've been looking for a company like this my entire working life. I didn't intend to stay here forever when I applied--but now I feel like I want to!
