Badly mistreated on so many levels. Pack line & supervisor should get paid more than are .it's the last stop before being shipped out. Even starting pay should be different than assembly line .works just as hard & pick up alot of things that inspectors missed.pay also by performance

The commission is fine, but you have to sell a lot to hit any of the bonus numbers. The salaried employees don't get paid anything vlose to what they should get paid. The managers micromanage every move made in order to hit their own numbers, again they only look out for themselves.

For a multi-billion dollar company, it is run like a mom & pop shop – which would be fine if leadership cared about their employees as they profess to. The compensation and benefits both fall as short as their commitment to their employee

Yes I do feel undervalued. I was told I would be paid $20 an hour, this was true until my 90th day and my pay was deducted to $15 an hour. Then reducing store prices, which reduced the cost of delivery and fpp, to which I get paid in commission for. If you are going to cut prices, compensate us.

I feel undervalued due to the company's lack of respect for its employees. My compensation is good for me, but NOT as good as it should be given the amount of time and work we are expected to put in.
