TO BE PAID FAIRLY, THEY CONSTANTLY CHANGE DELIVERIES SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY THE HIGHER COMMISSION TIER AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CHANGED SOMETHING WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE

Obviously being treated with a modicum of respect and getting a raise in pay that is better than 50 cents.

Not on infraction or write up in 5 years fired and permanently banned for one

A better bonus and fairly distrbuted bonus.

Some of the employees (bay guys)are great and work hard. Unfortunately they are over looked by most of the company and are forced to stand in freezing temperatures while the shop and management team sit comfy in reclining chairs in climate controlled boxes demanding more get done for their bonuses

Not being so spoiled by not being made to work when others work and ithers stand around on ohones.

Start at the top with corporates ridiculous expectations and filter down to managers and those in positions below them.Rhe company culture is toxic

The general atmosphere was negative and that trickled down to all workers

Managers They are nit qualified at all I feel like this company doesn't know what's going on inside of store managmnent and also the human resources .

Improve the quality of the furniture so that people are proud to work there. Give some of the company stock to employees esop.

Get rid of higher ups that don't care about employees, or who gets hired. Do background check and make drug screen.

It's all about the money. They could care less about anything else.

Maybe not lie to prospective employees. Telling them part time is less than 30 hours and then schedule them for 39 hours (FT w no benefits!!!)

When an interviewer can't show their face clearly on video and says they are a perfectionist, run for the hills as fast as you can, anywhere but this company where they will try to re-program your way of thinking to the point of valuing only being at work under their thumb ALL DAY LONG.

Be honest, especially on what the pay is going to be. Leaving a position in which I am being paid $17 an hour for a position that pays $20 an hour, but later come to find out I have taken a pay cut. That is absurd on every level.

Faster time to hire. Less interviews for low-skilled, entry positions.

Although I am still in the learning process, the importance and time that my manager is taking to ensure that I am receiving a good quality training.

Customers should order elsewhere like knights

Theres alot to be improved, I always wanted to give my customers what they wanted weather the sale was $20 or $20,0000 not my co workers and mangers all they wanted was to push customers to buy things they really didnt want and end up with returns and or un happy customers thats not how sales go

Stop promoting manipulative aggressive sales tactics and unreachable goals We're in the middle of a recession how do you people not acknowledge that fact?

The materials and workmanship that goes into the furniture is junk
