The passion and responsibility they take to ensure employee are motivated and engaged towards their processes and as well as our customers.

Feedback is welcomed and encouraged. My leadership team is down on the floor with us working just as hard as we are

The family members were able to get things done when they wanted or felt the need to get involved with the businesd

Supervisor knowable on so many issues.had many neutral conversations some was just an opinion due to learning videos watched & experiences. Sometimes didn't want to listen when it came to work issues .most all good need to do better explaining job to new people. Better training .

The manager was supportive in helping me when I needed it, but the merchandising department did not care as long as they looked good for a visit

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better communication. Stop turnning people over

Not having a buddy system and see where the real problen lies.

Communication with employees, work standards and respect of rules such as accountability for accident reporting and safety procedures.

The whole company needs to rethink it's standards and treatment of lower paid employees.

Consistency own there mistakes. And clean up there own messess

They need to stick to what they say and what they promise. They do not do any of those things. They are two faced and underhanded to save themselves. I wouldn't recommend that anyone work there.

Everything they are horrible, terrible

Communication they had one meeting in one year. When you go to them and tell them dangerous things are happening on the truck they tell you they can't do anything without proof when you are the proof if you're willing to testify. And if you report the management that's a bad idea they will retaliate

Listening to their employees. They push for in-office work and they offer terrbile benefits.

learning that working you 6 days a week should mean you work 60 hours not 46. they say 8 hour shifts with optional over time but really its 10 hour days mandatory over time. they have a lot of problems of not paying people there proper hours that they worked and instead just shave off a few like 10

Be replaced, narcissist and bullies

Professionalism and accountability, there is a level of disfunction that is insane.

worst place to work. managers are horrible, and they don't help you, unless you are a hot chick. I work in colton and there is no guiadance.

Being more understanding of people needing time off as long as they are willing to show proof of an appointment. They need to get people out of there everyday at a decent time. We all have lives to live outside of Ashley Furniture. And responsibilities that are more important than making money.
