How employees describe working at Ashley Furniture

For a multi-billion dollar company, it's incredible that anything gets done despite the utter dysfunction throughout the leadership. There is a lot of employee turnover, the benefits are horrible, and they've been laying people off (eliminating positions).

customer service is strong and adds value

We wanted our store to look great and be profitable.

I believe it is a great place to work. If you do your job and dont let other people determine how your day will go then its a great place to work. Also leaving work at work and home at home lets you live life to the fullest of each day.

Compensation is not competitive and everything is done at the cheapest rate possible.
