I joined Axon straight out of college and I've grown with the company since then. I've been here 4.5 years and I dont see myself leaving. There are opportu ities to improve work life balance across the org. But ive learned from the best of the best, and I wouldn't have at another company

We are a diverse group of people, we go about our identical jobs in different ways, and we still crush out goals. I would go to dinner with them any time. We are planning a team offisite to help offset some fatigue from the start off the year... and I would use a weekend if needed
