I almost considered skipping the 2nd interview when I read about the "bro culture" on GlassDoor. I'm glad I stuck with it though, because it feels much more like inclusive camaraderie than any kind of "bro culture" (though, I'm speaking as a white male, so, perspective).

Women. Stop saying you don't have a boys club, especially in company meetings. You have a boys club. In the last year, two men have accused women of being angry at work out of passion questioning the whether they wanted to work here. Knock. it. off.

Year end reviews are horrendous, forced distributions are in place so employee's ratings are often changed by upper management. Incredibly poor raises even in light of record profits and skyrocketing inflation.

Axon diversifies compensation for most full-time employees across base, stock, and annual bonus. It's motivating having equity in the company and allows flexibility in overall compensation negotiations.

I did not get a great contract when I joined, but I proved to be strong and got promoted fast, but by compensation does not rise as fast and catching up slowly, and until now I am not high in my band. There was no rewards for loyalty either.

Not competitive with other tech organizations, overall benefits are lacking in terms of 401k match, medical and stock plans

Base pay is not great, especially for long-time employees. New employees have it better.

I like how smart everyone is but they're still willing to help out whenever you have a problem.

I dont know, whether company will change based on employee’s feedback, company is still very good as we are earning much more money. Or some of us leave Axon is the right change. But I think that there is no right or wrong

The poor planning means an extraordinary number of features either get dropped, implemented more than once, or take longer than they should because developers are pulled off of projects for the latest fire drill. Underfunding project continually leads to poor performance and morale.

I liked being able to interview them 9 times at varying levels in the organization. I appreciate that all levels have a say, even for executive level roles.
