The company lives its values and is pretty similar to what you'd expect as an outsider looking in
Everyone seems to be on board with the company mission.
People truly believe in the mission of our work. "Changing the world" is used too freely in the industry, but our mission truly is keeping people safe and supporting equality in justice and law enforcement for everyone.
It has been extremely heartening to hear our previous manager care about his direct reports, wanting to ensure that they don't burn out, making sure we take the time to care for ourselves, and most of all have trust in us that we are putting our best foot forward for the company. Trust is important!
I think our team trusts each other

the level of collaboration here
Takes mission seriously without taking itself too seriously
I love the Be-Obssed cultural value of Axon since it helps guide us as a team. Whenever in doubt, think about the customers. It helps give meaning to the work we do and eliminate ambiguity effectively. We never second guess our mission.
Win right and aim far
Professional, modern, transparent, fair, polite
Always challenging and wanting to up level what we are doing, while still recognizing and appreciating the good work we are currently doing
The company is motivated towards its goals
I dont know, whether company will change based on employee’s feedback, company is still very good as we are earning much more money. Or some of us leave Axon is the right change. But I think that there is no right or wrong
