What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonus paid out
I couldn't pick just one part, the entire package is always a step above the going the market at any given time.
Our XSPP stock plan has really been a game changer for many.
Unlimited PTO and the bonus program

Best caring team & join forces spirit
The honest to goodness teamwork that flows through all of Axon. We all support one another no matter what!
Smart, creative people who constantly are supporting each other. We have an incredible talent at the org and there is not a person I can think of that I don't learn from daily.
They're very easy to work with and are appreciative of any help you can provide
