Lesser experienced employees with lesser educational attainment are paid higher sometimes.

I'm not being paid enough. I get less money than people below me in the hierarchy. Getting a raise is not easy here and it seems you have to give evidence of your professional worth in order to push for more money. The company can certainly afford more competitive salaries.
