Company needs to increase salary specially tenured agents. Ratings of incentives will not just matter if you hit all the metrics , it should be be fair, Like for example if the agents hot the Qa metrics she/ he has a previledge to get some incentives

The company is small so words spread like wildfire. How about we teach everyone to mind their own business. It's best that the account on production flow is segmented or enclosed. Cause when we take phone calls. Our Customer tend to hear the background noises from other accounts.
