I'm having a great experience with ContactPoint360, especially their Engagement Activities are aligned to learning at work, enjoying work, sharing at work, empathizing at work and recognizing at work.

They are fun to be with and they're like a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers because they are fun to be with and then the tasks because the tasks would bring out the best in me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People within the organization are very kind, humane, and humble. They also are collaborative and honest, and I can be myself because they are inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I worked with makes me most happy and excited to come to work and second is the job that I do. I love what I'm doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very inclusive and welcoming. Although we are relatively few in the site, I can truly say that the people around me are friendly and we're like a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The compassion of the leadership team, more importantly the email message from the CEO Asad which inspires and motivates us to strive hard and share our talents so that together, we can all achieve the extraordinary.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the salary rate itself because I think the company really gives value to my contribution and to what I deserve to receive for the job that I do.

The best things about the team is that they are open, collaborative and they will also give you the opportunity to speak up your thoughts and respects you. They are also fun to work with and creative.
