Employee's biggest motivation is pay raise. that's missing. team functioning is hampered due to loss of telents. Management seems very unwise with talent retention strategy. From 6 months to now 1 yr appraisal cycle. 5% pay raise is actually a loss compared with inflation. And company has 5% max

no micromanagement, but giving full autonomy to work

Appreciations and Month award or some bonus on project success if someone work hardly. Because at that time that developer work more strongly with you and your team even they thought like this is his or her company
