Overall experience is best in my company

Got better work-life balance. But career growth slowed down. No pay raise. Hoped a lot for Jan appraisal but they cancelled.

Employee's biggest motivation is pay raise. that's missing. team functioning is hampered due to loss of telents. Management seems very unwise with talent retention strategy. From 6 months to now 1 yr appraisal cycle. 5% pay raise is actually a loss compared with inflation. And company has 5% max
