low pay as per market standards + tiny medical coverage and no other benefits. WFH is only good thing infact best

Employee's biggest motivation is pay raise. that's missing. team functioning is hampered due to loss of telents. Management seems very unwise with talent retention strategy. From 6 months to now 1 yr appraisal cycle. 5% pay raise is actually a loss compared with inflation. And company has 5% max
