The HMO, I guess, though haven't tried it yet since we have no card due to some maintenance they do. But hoping to get raised if I found doing great in my job

The best part of our compensation was the HMO and other benefits.

Career growth and a conducive work environment is important, but I think the best employee retention drive that a lot of us are dreaming about, is an annual increase. It's sad that the daily fare and costs increases on a daily, but the salaries are retained for years. I hope our years could valued.
Due to the poor pay, they frequently disagree, and even though the base pay was less than $20,000, taxes were still withheld.
incentives and make other people understand what other people would feel and what they going through before some team leader would disrespect some agent.
We don't have an allowance nor incentives. I think this should be worked on since I am almost a year in the company but no increase in salary.
We should all have a fair and equal salary since we do the same job. I have observed that some of the employee that has experienced in BPO industry don't have a competitive salary compared to some newbie employees that was offered a higher salary. I found this as unfair.
I'll get back on this.
Do our best in our all potential, and if we see others struggling hitting the score, and understanding the way to make the costumer satisfied we helped them out.

They should not abuse their power towards their collogues. Power tripping in the office is common and toxic. You should look on to this.
It needs to become professional when it terms of task, not to avoid the task that given to each person. Don't act like she is TL of a team in short "sip-sip".

It has a lot of engagement activities majorly centered for extroverts, like people who could openly make Tiktok videos and dress up in the work place.

MY TASK AND THE AGENTS VISITING THE OFFICE
The new facility and the well thought lobby decors.
Doing my job, learning from it since I really like to know different kind of costumers for my on going business. And I am excited one day I got a promotion I deserve and to duplicate my learnings and the way I handle my job.
I am happy because the job is not so difficult for me
Great colleagues and not really much
Some of the updates are not cascaded properly to the agents and sometimes it cause misleading actions and misinformation. We need clarity so that we can assist the customers properly.

The management. How they run and how they manage the people. e.g UL. It's a big account and it's a waste if it'll get dissolved bc majority of the agents chose to leave bc of the poor management and how they handle the agents. Giving more jobs w/o proper pay could drive them away in the long run
