Fair wages, bring back Overtime Pay for supports. Have the Support Team to create decisions and not just follow top-down directives. Give immediate supervisors the power to decide the continued employment of the worker. If the executive team can afford to travel, then they should pay workers fairly
Take our concerns as a priority, be proactive, and make some retention efforts before the employee goes. Think more about a team's well-being than just a few people. realize that increasing people's salaries and benefits keeps people happy and motivated too.

From what I have seen from my salary rate package it seems totally fine as a trainee myself however as I work myself in the company, I would be expecting to somehow bump up my salary a little bit and lastly, I just hate how we get taxed heavily by our government.

I am now earning the standard rate in my profession, however at the expense of Overtime and Holiday Pay. This is a complete reversal of benefit and goodwill as it ensures a lower budget for the wages of the Officers (Support Group) meanwhile our company grows and exceeds targets.

There are cases that I have to do an extra mile of work, such as training the other sites employees or some admin tasks that I have to extend my time unpaid, and I don't get extra allowance for doing those, other sites gain revenues for what I've done but I don't get something in return.
Very approachable and I can ask anything especially that I'm a newbie to this industry.
They are friendly and also since we are only 8 people in a team but everything is totally fine at the moment.

I can go along with my co-workmates, and I can improve my English speaking skills
Just to see the numbers go up from how many times I have flip and trying to catch up from the number 1 most flips in our account.
Getting to see my team complete
friends, friends friends as they make everything bearable
The non-toxic work environment especially with my team.
There are no incentives and allowances for agents. The facilities are not satisfactory. It would be nice to have an area to rest.
No follow up by the managers and coordinator regards myself, few incentives and salaries are not competitive.
