What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and clear about the company's goals. Provide what ever they can to make our lives easier and it's their passion for the company is clear.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and food allowance is quite good. We have a nice learning allowance which is good for our development. Though some of the perks are more targeted to the main country of operation and the choices are limited in other countries, which overall is understandable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that since Splyt is now a remote first company, pay and or salary should not be location based anymore, at the moment I feel undervalued
What are some of the best things about your team?
Discussions are vocal and everyone participate in them
Well organised team with clear goals and good cooperation. Pretty fun team members to be around when appropriate and overall very helpful to each other.
Positive attitude, great culture, support from colleagues.

Everyone is helpful and happy to help, feels like everyone is committed to the company goals.
Everyones is so friendly and helpful to one another
Everyone's very helpful and a push that no question is a stupid question.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on the project and seeing improvements that can be made
Interacting with team members, learning about them and their cultures. Also regarding the actual work, I like that the projects are well defined and have clear and requirements to work on. I also like to be on a team that has a common goal to work towards and the teamwork it needs to be achived.
Adding value to the company while progressing in my own career
Playing with new tech, and then implementing proof of concepts at scale
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The economy's not going well, and would be better if the travel industry recover and there's not so much political turmoil (China > US > Russia > EU etc.. )
