What is the best part about your compensation package?

it seems good to me

The salary and food allowance is quite good. We have a nice learning allowance which is good for our development. Though some of the perks are more targeted to the main country of operation and the choices are limited in other countries, which overall is understandable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that since Splyt is now a remote first company, pay and or salary should not be location based anymore, at the moment I feel undervalued

Compared to the amount that I do, I feel like I am underpaid at Splyt. Other staff members seems like they have alot of time to just send messages on #random, whiel I'm here working and doing everything to stay afloat.

Many headhunters provide me with job opportunities on Linkedin, and their budget is always much higher than what I get at Splyt. (25% higher) I like working at Splyt, and it's not the right time for me to go for a new job. But I feel bad when I saw those jobs, and I feel I'm undervalued.

Where the team should be a team. Regardless of the title or where u comes from. those feeling being ignored & unimportant demotivated us. why should we stay? whats the purpose im here? do the company needs me? team. do it as a team. someone's mistake shouldnt be a gossip topic

Similar mistakes starting to be made again. Unrealistic workload / deadlines being agreed to. Work needs to be planned better. Pay needs to be fair & market value
