They need to get better at everything

Review from Operations Dept
The benefits they offer to the employee.
401k match and health insurance
My health package and my 4OK
I feel undervalued because I gave decades of dedication, professionalism, and care, and when I needed understanding and protection the most, I was treated as a liability instead of a human being. What makes it even harder is knowing that the people who should have known better looked the other way.
Pay increases that exceed inflation. Policies that eliminate ir at least minimize pay compression.
Health insurance is pitiful as is the retirement
Consistent bonus. More transpancy. Stock incentives
Would like more hours and more pay for work done
We work as one team, highly supportive and very professional
Always willing to work hard even when not feeling their best
Review from Operations Dept
The way we communicate with each other
Casual atmosphere amongst fellow managers
Work well together, always willing to lend a helping hand. Eat lunch together, celebrate each other's birthdays.
One or two are good; the rest are lazy. They take no initiative, they work slowly, and they gossip more than they work. The couple of us who are good get punished by cleaning up messes left behind by the lazy people everyday.
my co workers could learn the law and stand up for themselves
Review from Operations Dept
Our leadership is the problem. They do not set good examples, there is no accountability or equity. No transparency and little support from HR so no recourse.
Review from Operations Dept
There is only me and someone else do my job
Better communication, organization, punctuality, energy, effort, mood, teamwork, connection.

Managers are usually quick about making candudate selections and not dragging the process out.
It was very quick and easy! Almost no actual interview
Review from Operations Dept
Good leaders, respect, understanding employees
Most the time they do not even message you back about interviews or wether or not you got accepted. Instead if you do not hear back you probaly did not get it. Or you get a call from an unknown number and you have to answer it to get the job.
Review from Admin Dept

Review from Operations Dept
Change from a micromanagement culture to one that focuses on empowering people and enabling decision making at all levels of the company. Decisions need to be made at the lowest level possible.
Increased diversity/inclusion awareness amongst work groups, support of work to life balance and fair/equitable compensation levels.
compensation - record profits and merit increases are not keeping pace with cost of living meaning it costs me money to work with FedEx
Review from HR Dept
