I work at IC Non-Con handling large packages moving them off the belt to our line then into Baggage carts. its hot and humid, our area is very unorganized, Team Leads slack off, don't enforce rules on females and overall hard workers don't feel rewarded instead slackers can get by just fine.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manager is understanding and friendly. Helpful at time. Can't say much for the leadership of Team Leaders and Manager to be honest. It's less than good if not downright bad.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is made up of people I get along with not through great screening processes or some guidelines set by the company and enforcement of it. Other then good company, there isn't much going for the team tbh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having Team Leaders actually contribute and work alongside the team and not hand off tasks or simply watch lines with 1 person clearly needing assistance get behind and then complain. Better hydration and protection from adverse weather. Following rules, equality between genders and accountability.
