
The leadership team at my location is a hardworking group, unafraid of hard work, and willing to get our hands dirty. Unfortunately because of low pay and high turnover, we must constantly cover shifts for caregivers and medtechs.

They are folks of action. Capable of accomplishing just about anything in a pinch. During emergencies their skill and decisiveness shines. But in normal operations they are absentee parents, and when questioned about hideous wage gaps they defer and strike down dissent.

Compensation across the board for anyone under the level of regional management is far too low. The size of the company dictates that regional and executive level leadership is compensated very well. This needs to be redistributed down at the frontline workers. Who's lives are on the line
