Yes it is a great deal, some savings are quite incredible, but not everybody wants it because it costs money. Holding the employee responsible for the customers refusal is like holding a Walmart cashier responsible because they choose one grocery brand over another.

Promote a better attitude toward employees instead of browbeating them.

Don't know what a title clerk is. Dress code is khaki pants, blue company shirt, (knee length khaki shorts during the summer months) closed toe shoes. clean personal hygiene, Hair neatly combed

Promotions are within company and based on performance as well as experience. They also hire outside of the company for those positions if they have a more qualified candidate.
Our store did not promote within the company which really sucks cause our assistant manager should of been promoted to store manager when last one left but instead they brought a man in who has been fired from 3 other companies , we have employees here who know him. Also General manager left and again they brought someone from the outside and passed our sales manager right by , who I may add is amazing at what he does and he deserved that spot, So no promoting from within.
promotions are not generally given by how hard you work or how dedicated you are, but simply by "the good old boy method."
