They are constantly interacting with the entire company. On Monday's they do stand-ups for each department and then they open up for questions. Conversation is strong encouraged.

There is so much transparency with leadership. I always know exactly where we stand as a company. There is also large emphasis on mentoring. I know how to advance, how to improve, and I have a support system to help me get there.
