Client success and a sense of goodwill that's shared between teams.

The whole team seems dedicated to the clients' needs, but to our internal team as well. We have fun and we believe in each other.

It's better than other places I've worked. It's still a small-to-medium-sized business, so there's not a whole lot of bargaining power with insurance companies. I feel like leadership has done really well with what they offer, though.

It definitely seems like leadership puts their money where their mouths are. They walk the walk if they talk the talk. There have been various initiatives and shifts in company policy that have stemmed from employee feedback. They're really trying to put their employees first. It's been inspiring.

Our meetings are full of shout-outs and animated GIFs. There's a good amount of recognition for jobs well done. There's also a lot of room to grow and education is encouraged, up to the point of reimbursement for courses and tests we take. We are also encouraged to care for family and ourselves.

The interview process at Chatterkick was unlike any I've ever experienced. I had three interviews, one with the CEO of the company, one with my department, and one with my pod. It was a great way to determine whether it was a cultural fit, a personality fit and a fit for the skills that were needed.
