It's better than other places I've worked. It's still a small-to-medium-sized business, so there's not a whole lot of bargaining power with insurance companies. I feel like leadership has done really well with what they offer, though.

We have moved to a "Responsible PTO" plan, which allows us to work flexibly and take the time off that we need- without always feeling like we're counting hours. It's awesome to have a company that trusts us to be responsible with our working hours, but still allows us to take off when we need to.

The flexibility Chatterkick offers me to be part-time and paying me hourly is the best part of my compensation. I choose how much and when I work as long as I'm getting the job done and done well. I could not put a price in the flexibility I am provided.

Not at all, pay is under-market value for the position I am in, but I still feel I'm treated fairly and respected. The issue is most likely related to the region, being a Midwestern company and not an overly competitive area for this industry.
