We have exponentially grown in the past few years, but when feedback is provided by these new employees who were recruited with the idea that their feedback would be heard and the first thing you hear is this is how we've always done it... it is not good

Compensation and incentive transparency. Our data needs to get better. Discretionary incentives shouldn't tie an employee for two years at the bank. There is too much anxiety around incentive and how people get paid, and there is always this sense of "gotcha" even though. that is not the reality.
