My experience at CNB has been nothing but fantastic. I am very grateful for the opportunities that the Bank has given me. I believe everyone from the Executive team down is driven and motivated to be their best and it shows daily. If you want to grow in this company, you definitely will.

Everyone is very positive and motivated. People are driven individually but I also think a lot of people care about the company and its values/mission too.

I love that the leadership treats everyone like individuals, more than a number. I believe they make every employee feel special and they award excellent work with fulfilling rewards. I spent some time in the Headquarters and several of the Executives walk around and they are very personable as well
