
The leadership team is energized. They are "All In" for the priorities before us. We can execute "temporary re-orgs" as required to solve the problems before us. When the "heat is on" to solve a problem, no resource is spared.

There is still a significant "Silicon Valley Bias" and "Not Invented Here Bias". Clover prefers internal convention over industry standard. The teams in Silicon Valley should understand that teams outside of "Mecca" have business objectives to meet just as they do when blocking a tech initiative.

Problems are reported into my team every day. When a problem is reported and the team "self assembles" to crush the issue and make our customers happy "Against All Odds": I float on a cloud for a couple of days. The Peeps that support our customers are out-of-control awesome.

The team that reports to me is completely energized about providing solutions to our customers and integrators and helping our users be successful. I wake up early to get into work before most just so I can see the excitement build as the team assembles to tackle the problem of the day.
