I love that I can earn bonuses on my yearly pay (that are permanent), as well as stock options.

Above average base salary, w/ opportunity to increase that with a cap around $100K base plus commissions. Average to above average health/dental/vision/life insurance. Paid time off is very good as well.

Quotas are way too high so less than 10% of the sales force reach targets, the rest won't. Since no one makes quota, no one gets commissions so the comp plan is vapor ware

Better 401k match right now its 2% and the health care is way to high

Bullying is enforced by senior management. VPs are trained to be harassers and promote it openly. The toxic environment is the law. We just stay because commissions are good.
