They do their best to communicate descions to us

Focus on the sales team member. They will help your personal development. However, sales tools not up to competitor's levels

Quick to respond to immediate customer requests, knowledgeable and caring.

Very good work environment, excellent communication between employees & management (they listen & take advice from all staff), good training structure & great leadership by always looking how to help you succeed & teach not to fail alone (mgr's always help work & close any deals you need help with).
