Raises and promotions are rare and are not tied to performance. There is little transparency or accountability within the org.

Managers are dedicated to their positions. Department heads are knowledgeable. Would like to see more accountability at the executive level. There seems to be a lack of vision and transparency overall. Company direction often seems reactionary and back-footed.
