The communication and trust between employees and management is very whong. We as employees (unless you're a favorite from the management) don't trust anymore the management with their methods, their excuses to justify themselves and for many, their arrogance.

Leadership doesn't listen, so why bother. They can look at the last 4 "Engagement" surveys for what's wrong and what needs fixing. (even some how to) Not one item has been worked on let alone fixed.

Costco does not Innovate fast enough/ They need to start getting creative and making drastic improvements. Costco is promoting people because they say yes/ Costco needs to promote people who question, take initiative, and innovate. Members are far too entitled/ This needs to be rectified.

CEO need to CULL all of IS/IT from the CIO down. They have been seen IT as a liability since the dot com boom. Its critical to have a well oiled and forward working IT division. It is not the case at Costco!
