Define what the culture is. The company is regularly confusing culture with in-person interactions. When we went remote, there was no action (to my knowledge) to upgrade cultural practices based on successful remote practices. Remote was always considered temporary and no changes occurred.

There is also a lack of transparency on reviews and promotions. The career matrix is outdated for several teams and has not changed in *years.*
