The team is open to new ideas and trying new things. They also understand the landscape is changing and what got us to where we are may not be what gets us to the next level.

We need to laser focus on what makes an impact on our users and business. We try many things, but some of them need clarification as to why we think it would make an impact.

There is also a total lack of action by the leadership team to hold people accountable and ensure that they are actually managing their teams appropriately. There is also a lack of transparency on reviews and promotions. The career matrix is outdated for several teams and has not changed in *years.*

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work life balance is fair. Benefits are on par with expectations. Overall it's a good fit for me.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Define what the culture is. The company is regularly confusing culture with in-person interactions. When we went remote, there was no action (to my knowledge) to upgrade cultural practices based on successful remote practices. Remote was always considered temporary and no changes occurred.
