They show a lot of appreciation and trust towards each individual employee. There is enough freedom to explore ideas or try and learn. In addition, there is enough checking in to motivate communication and progress.

There is a level of optimism and respect that permeates throughout all interactions. People seem comfortable enough to talk about work and life without judgement or being unprofessional. There is just a great balance with highly motivated and productive people.
